Belém Café and Yoga is a warm and friendly space that offers a variety of classes throughout the week. The small studio size provides the benefits of practicing in a smaller group and they also have a bright and sunny café area with windows looking out on St. Laurent Boulevard. 2. Moksha Yoga Montreal
Moksha is a bustling, hot yoga studio offering classes from 7 am to 9:30 pm every day (8 am – 8:30 pm on weekends). Their flow classes typically combine around 40 poses in a heated room and are open to all levels. Certain classes are accompanied by live music, and their special Yin + Tonic class has a massage therapist present to offer massage adjustments to help deepen your practice.

3. Sivananda Yoga Montreal
Sivananda Yoga Montreal is a unique studio offering teachings in the tradition of Swami Sivananda, one of the prominent spiritual teachers of the 20th century. Naada Yoga is a thriving centre in the Mile End that offers multiple ways to study and practice yoga in a beautiful modern space. 6. Wanderlust Yoga Montreal
Wanderlust Yoga Montreal’s Mile End studio is a bright and sunny upstairs space on the corner of St. Laurent Blvd and Laurier Avenue. The weekly schedule offers a variety of Vinyasa style classes for all levels that incorporate creative sequencing with the rhythm of the music. Each week, a number of recurring classes are accompanied by live DJs, harp, guitar, or Tibetan bowls. The studio also has a great schedule of workshops by guest teachers, special events, and sometimes even yoga accompanied by live bands.

Iyengar Yoga Montreal is a welcoming studio in the heart of the Plateau that teaches yoga using the Iyengar method. In the Iyengar tradition, teaching is based on postures and breath control, with a particular focus on precision and alignment.
